FAQ about diabetic meal planning
Do you provide support? +

Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions you may have. Remember, we want this to make your life easier when shopping for your diabetic needs.

What is the purpose of the Product History? +

We want you to show your personal healthcare provider the products you scanned to determine if they meet your personal requirements. This allows you to fine tune SugarSimple to work for you.

Is the concept of this application safe? +

Rest assured, the information is based on the actual "Nutritional Facts" labels you find on all the grocery products. Although the determining factors are initially set by the standards of both the American Diabetes Association and Diabetes Canada, you can change the nutritional values to address your own personal needs set by your personal healthcare provider.

Is this app reliable? +

SugarSimple is only as accurate as the companies that set the labels nutritional values. Just remember what life was like before SugarSimple... reading the labels for every product was time consuming and confusing.

What is the price and will I be charged monthly or yearly? +

You have 2 options:
Option 1: You can pay only $25 once per year
Option 2: You can make a one-time purchase of $50 and own it for life.

All future updates and enhancements are included in both options.
